Join me for my third "Consciously Happy" 12-week program which starts on February 1st. This is totally easy to integrate into your every day life – just 10 minutes each day! With inspiration from Gretchen Rubin, Andrew Weil, Arianna Huffington, and more, the program is designed to increase your mindfulness, vitality, and happiness in the simplest way.
Each week, we focus on different areas of life and make small, feasible resolutions to become more aware of our thoughts, actions and reactions in each area. Each focus will be supported with thought-provoking questions and inspirational ideas.
Essential to this program is the online Facebook support (in a private group), where you can be accountable for your weekly resolutions and we can inspire each other to make our lives shine brighter.
