Today, and in fact, every day, I am grateful for:

Pecan pie and Gingerbread Bliss Balls, both are

With the help of my lovely, young sous chef,
we're all chopped and ready to go!
Potato gratin (not vegan, but it's a holiday)
shredded Brussels for a salad,
rainbow sweet potatoes and
soon-to-be pan-fried garlic green beans
