Want to learn how to cook? Need a few pointers or new ideas for preparing healthy foods? From a private 1-on-1 workshop to groups of up to 6, host a workshop or series of workshops in the comfort of your own home. Available in New York City only.

Each session ranges from 1.5 - 2 hour, depending on which 3-4 recipes selected
Special 4-session workshop rates applicable.
Allow at least 7 days advance notice to schedule a workshop.

beyond breakfast 
Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. Your body hasn’t refueled since last night’s dinner and deserves a good start. Incorporating protein with plenty of natural vitamins and minerals will keep you well-fueled for both body and mind. It will also keep you from snacking throughout the day and “compensating” for that light, or skipped, meal. Make breakfast a fun, healthy start!

Foods, especially vegetables, do not have to be boring. It's amazing how herbs and spices can transform a food into distinct global flavor. Using cauliflower as a base, we can create and taste the world within your own kitchen.

gluten-free staples
Want to ditch the wheat? It's not about just buying the convenient gluten-free options, as these products tend to be over-processed with added sugars and other ingredients in an attempt to replicate the original. Making a few gluten-free essentials from home is not so difficult, nor is it time-consuming, if you have the right tips and tricks.

Want to add some healthier choices to your plate? Are you falling into the same eating habits and eating the foods that the kid(s) like to eat? This workshop focuses on simple recipes for moms to add to meals that won’t add stress to any meal prep.

Kids cooking class – Limited to 3 adults, 3 children (ages 3 and up)
Get your kid(s) involved in meal preparation and in incorporating more vegetables into their meals. Studies show that kids who cook build self-esteem; Learn reading, math and directional skills; Are more willing to try new foods; Are more likely to eat more vegetables; and Start to build an essential lifelong skill.

While all those packaged snacks are convenient and appealing, they're highly-processed (yes, even the organic ones) and filled with too much sugar, salt and who knows what else? Take some time to prepare some whole-ingredient snacks for the busy week ahead. This way, those on-the-go snacks can also be healthy, nutritious ones.
